Varied, enjoyable and safe workout sessions, where I come to you or you can workout at the gym. No matter what your goals: Weight management, increasing muscle tone, increasing cardiovascular fitness, or just to stay in shape generally, I can help you get the results you are after. All of my workouts are based around postural awareness and correction. If we don't correct what needs to be, we will only be placing the body in a weaker position, thereby limiting results and causing possible injury. A quick postural assessment will establish which muscles are tight and shortened, and which are in a weak position. From this I can then design your workout to ensure every exercise is functional and relevant to you and your body. You won't believe how much better your will feel and look!!!
